		<description>I&#039;m not sure about the findings of these studies. I really view performance as a product of one&#039;s persistence and competence, regardless of whether you are a female or male. I&#039;ve seen some companies that are being managed better by males and generate substantial profit as well. One&#039;s gender, for me, is irrelevant in this case.
